Description
Visit a traditional glassblowing studio in the heart of Venice, witness the incredible skills of local craftsmen. Watch as they draw a fiery glob of molten glass from the furnace, skillfully shaping it with a hollow metal tube.
On their workbench, they carefully roll the glass to create the desired form, adding details like a handle with a deft hand and tongs. The artisan’s breath and movements bring the glass to life, and the warm, glowing atmosphere of the studio immerses you in a centuries-old craft, unchanged since the 1200s.
It’s an unforgettable glimpse into Venice’s artistic heritage.
