Description
Visit Oceanogràfic de Valencia, the largest aquarium in Europe. With 45,000 animals of 500 different species, it covers all marine ecosystems existing on the earth.
The avant-garde building, located inside the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, features various buildings, each representing one of the planet's most important ecosystems: Mediterranean, Wetlands, Temperate and Tropical, Oceans, Antarctic, Arctic, Islands, and Red Sea.
There is an underwater restaurant and dolphinarium. Walk through the underwater tunnel and watch sharks, penguins, and belugas floating around. The Oceanographic of Valencia is a place that both kids and adults will like.
Instructions
- Scan your smartphone ticket directly at the turnstiles. Please note that tablets do not fit in the scanner
- To exit and re-enter Oceanogràfic with the same ticket, you must ask for the conditions at the Information Point
- If you book the audio guide, you must pick it up at the information point located in the Access Building
- If you come by car, show your Oceanogràfic ticket at the parking ticket office for a discount on your parking ticket (flat rate €7/day)
