Description
Centre Pompidou is an art gallery featuring the world's most extensive collection of modern and contemporary art. The museum is known for its outstanding collection of artworks, which started at the beginning of the 19th century, and its impressive building featuring revolutionary architecture.
Take a moment to explore this glass and metal structure bathed in light. Then, go inside to explore the paintings by famous fauvists (Henry Matisse), cubists (Pablo Picasso, himself), dadaists (Marcel Duchamp), and abstractionists (Kandinsky, Kupka and Klee).
Ascend the rooftop for a wonderful view of the city.
