- Show your smartphone ticket at the Touristation office Aracoeli at Piazza Ara Coeli 16
- A small fountain is in front of the office. There are signs and orange flags outside
- Metro B Colosseo stop is not recommended. Take any bus or tram to Piazza Ara Coeli, next to Venice Square

- Catacombs are holy places, so please dress appropriately. It's best to also have a light jacket, as it can get cold underground
- The tour is not accessible to visitors in wheelchairs or with severe motor disabilities
