How to book an activity
Book your activity online and get your confirmation by email.
• Choose your activity, number of participants, date, and language (if needed)
• Select an option and start time (if available)
• Enter your information
• Choose a payment method and complete your purchase.
Availability
Our website displays the current availability for all activities. Select participants and date, then click "Check availability".
Select an available date to see available time slots. Activities without timeslots can be attended anytime during operating hours.
Availability can be updated regularly by providers. Check back for updates.
Duration and starting time
Activity duration is listed on the product page, including travel time if applicable. Fixed start and end times (e.g., guided tours) display duration, while others (e.g., city cards) show validity periods.
NB! For timed-entry tickets, check flexibility on your voucher.
Pricing and discounts
Prices vary based on age groups (e.g., infant, child, adult, senior) for different activities. Select the number of participants on the activity page to view available pricing options.
Some activities offer free admission for specific age groups or require booking elsewhere. If you don’t find a certain age group, check the product description to see if the ticket is available for purchase or if this group does not require a ticket.
Booking confirmation and voucher
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a PDF voucher or ticket. The voucher contains your booking details, the lead traveler's name, pickup/meeting point, validity period, activity requirements, and cancellation policy. It also includes your booking reference for managing your booking. Contact details are provided for assistance.
Printed and mobile vouchers
Most providers accept both mobile and printed vouchers. If the printing is necessary you will see a "Printed voucher required" icon on the activity page.
Booking confirmation/voucher lost or not received
Most activities offer instant confirmation, and your voucher will be sent automatically right after purchase. For bookings requiring provider confirmation, expect your voucher within 24 hours. If you're unable to access your voucher due to an incorrect email or other issues, contact us via the form below or give us a call. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Where can I find my activity's meeting point information?

I'm running late to my activity. What do I do?
_If you're running late, call the activity provider using the number on your voucher. _
Reschedule booking
If the cancellation policy permits, please send us a message, and we will change your booking for you.
Add participants to a booking
Unfortunately, we can't add participants to an existing booking. To add participants, please create a new booking for the additional number of people.

Cancel booking
If the cancellation policy permits, please send us a message, and we will change your booking for you. Please keep in mind that some bookings are non-refundable, and if you cancel the booking, you won’t be able to get a refund.
Cancellation policy
Most activities offer a 24-hour free cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Your voucher contains details about the cancellation policy—whether it's fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. The voucher also specifies the cancellation deadline for eligible bookings.
Refund requests
If you cancel within the policy, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method and should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
In the rare event of a provider cancellation, you'll receive a full refund processed to your original payment method, visible in your account within 3-5 business days after receiving our cancellation confirmation email.
Refund not received
Refund processing time varies based on payment method and currency. The refund can take up to 5 business days. If you need to check your refund status, please contact us via the contact form.
